MY FAMILY HAS VACATIONED AT THE OUTER BANKS FOR YEARS, THIS IS THE BEST HOUSE WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN, WE PLAN ON RENTING THIS HOUSE NEXT YEAR! ONE SUGGESTION THE SECOND FLOOR HAS A DINNING TABLE AND CHAIRS, REMOVE AND REPLACE WITH A MOVIE ROOM
Favorite Family Activites: BEACH, POOL, POOL TABLE , WE PLAYED A GAME CALLED CORN HOLE AND IT FIT PERFECT RIGHT ABOVE POOL ROOM THAT IS BEING WORKED ON , DEEP SEA FISHING , IF YOU EVER GO OUT TRY THE OUTRIGGER , CAPTAIN ARRON WRIGHT AND MATE JOEY, WE HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS NEVER HAD BAD EXPERIENCE.

We loved the house and are staying there again this September (13-20) - but the hot tub!!!!! Why in the world is there a 4-5 person hot tub with a 10 bedroom house?!?!? You have to take turns using it!! And the maintenance people came while we were there and said there was a problem with the hot tub water - then used a hose to empty it into the pool!! Needless to say we were concerned about the pool after that!.
I put this in our Rental Questionnaire when we left last year, not realizing that you had a website.
Also, the picture showing the cabana shouldn't be on the Village Realty site since it's non-functional. I KNOW it doesn't list it as an amenity - but it IS misleading.
But once we got all of the burned out light bulbs replaced by Village Realty and WE replaced quite a few missing/dead batteries in the remotes, we had a great time. Very spacious and lot of privacy within the house.We've been coming to Nags Head since 1983 and love it. Hope you will add a real hot tub!

We rented this home for my parent's anniversary and it worked just perfectly. Lots of room and space, we never felt like we were on top of each other the entire week.
We loved having the beds made when we got there, what treat. Most nights we cooked in because the kitchen and house had everthing we needed. The kids all wanted to move right in. Maybe someday!
